The Parish Council’s RESPONSE to the Clean Air Zone Proposals
BATHAMPTON AND THE PROPOSED CLEAN AIR ZONE!
Are you worried about the impact of the proposed Clean Air Zone on traffic in Bathampton ?
BANES have agreed to hold a one off drop-in session in Bathampton to discuss the potential impact.
Saturday 17 November, 3pm to 5pm.
Bathampton Village Hall, Holcombe Lane.
Even if you have been to a previous consultation event please go along. At previous events the officers have not been able to explain why they think cars will not use the toll bridge to avoid paying £9 to drive over Cleveland Bridge. They have promised us that at this event they will address the Bathampton issue.
If you have any comments or concerns about the scheme I would also strongly urge you to complete the questionnaire on the BANES website (search for Bath Breathes) or write to them at CAZ Public Consultation, Environmental Services, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG.
