Bathampton no 11 bus service
We have been made aware of issues regarding the Bathampton number 11 Bus service which has become increasingly unreliable over the last few weeks.
Cllr Sarah Warren has raised this with First and First have apologised for any inconvenience caused to Bathampton residents as resultĀ of their service delivery.Ā Ā
First noted that they are having to run smallĀ buses for this service which they have struggled to obtain spare parts for due to the supply chain being badly disrupted. This has led to cancellations across the āsmall busā routes covering Bathampton, Larkhall, Fairfield Park and Haycombe. They have been able to swap parts around to keep enough buses on the road to provide the 11 service more reliably going forward, but things are additionally quite difficult with the nationwide staffing situation and staff sickness.Ā
Please continue to make us aware of any on-going issues and we will relay this information back to First.
